 Alpine Jaunts and Willow Slaloms

This linkup takes you above treeline immediately and keeps you in beautiful alpine tundra with sweeping views and abundant wildlife nearly the entire route. Easily scalable to include more peaks and scrambling like the ridge from 13,308 to 13166, or perhaps toss an ascent of San Luis Peak in before heading back west. Reducing gain and mileage would also be easy, making a leisurely day or keeping it short to avoid monsoons.
